1. 3D Printed Items

We offer a 10-day return window for our 3D printed products.

  • Request Period: You have up to 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Refunds: Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

2. Pens and Cartridges (Non-Returnable)

Due to the technical nature, sterilization requirements, and intended research use of our Pens and Cartridges, these items are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

Note: Once these devices have left our controlled environment, we cannot accept them back for resale or reuse to ensure the integrity and safety standards of our inventory. Please verify all specifications prior to completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or functions improperly due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can make it right.
