1. 3D Printed Items
We offer a 10-day return window for our 3D printed products.
- Request Period: You have up to 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

2. Pens and Cartridges (Non-Returnable)
Due to the technical nature, sterilization requirements, and intended research use of our Pens and Cartridges, these items are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
