- 3D Printed Items: Our 3D-printed products (vial storage, organizers, pen stands, etc.) are manufactured to order. Slight variations in finish, texture, or color are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
- Intended Use: Our products, including cartridges and pens, are sold for research and organizational purposes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their use of our products complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. BayAreaPeps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

- 3D Printed Items: 10-day return window from receipt (customer pays shipping).
- Pens and Cartridges: Strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the devices and sterilization protocols.
